Composition of vacuum freeze dryer
Vacuum freeze dryer mainly consists of refrigeration system, control system, circulation system, vacuum system, hydraulic system, air intake system, sterilization system, etc. The following is a detailed description of the composition of each part of the system.
1. Refrigeration system:
Freeze drying machine is the most important part, it is composed of refrigeration compressor and auxiliary facilities, can provide cold source for drying oven and cold trap, in the refrigeration system, in addition to the display of high and low pressure gauge, also equipped with pressure controller, when the high pressure is too high, the high pressure relay will start to work, at this time, the compressor will stop working Generally, there are piston compressor and screw compressor in refrigerator, piston compressor in small system and screw compressor in large system.
2. Control system:
It is mainly composed of PLC, touch screen, peripheral relay and sensor;
3. Circulation system:
In the ruitong freeze-drying machine, the circulation system is also an essential part. The refrigeration and heating of the freeze-drying machine rely on the circulation liquid to transfer heat to achieve the purpose of controlling the temperature of the freeze-drying machine. In order to make the heat conducting oil continuously circulate in the whole system, the screen circulation system is needed to work;
4. Vacuum system:

It is composed of drying oven, cold trap, vacuum valve, vacuum pump, vacuum pipeline, vacuum measurement regulation and other parts. The vacuum pump group has strong suction capacity. On the one hand, it can promote the sublimation of moisture in the drying oven in the vacuum state. On the other hand, the system will form a vacuum pressure difference between the cold trap and the drying oven, making the moisture in the drying oven in the vacuum state After sublimation, it can be successfully captured by cold trap;



5. Hydraulic system:

This is the unique power system of the capped freeze-drying machine, which is mainly used to press the stopper of the vial into the mouth of the vial at the end of drying.
6.CIP system
Generally, CIP system will be selected for cleaning the box and cold trap after each freeze-drying to ensure the cleaning of the next production environment and avoid cross infection between batches.
7. SIP system
SIP is widely used in pharmaceutical vacuum freeze dryer as a way of damp heat sterilization. But the manufacturing cost of the equipment is high, and the use cost is also high.
8. VHP hydrogen peroxide sterilization
Hydrogen peroxide sterilization has the advantages of low requirement for vacuum freeze dryer and relatively low equipment cost. It has been widely used.
